Friday Flair With Choca!!!

Hey all!!!

So today, Choca decided she wanted to rock one of the new crocheted hats that my husband had made for her (Shout out to Brittany @ Britt's Knits for her amazing crocheting skills).  I paired her black, yellow and white hat with ALL VINTAGE ITEMS: a cute white tank, jean capri pants and a simple jean jacket.  She wanted to finish it off with her pink sandals (that's her FAVORITE COLOR), so I obliged that request!!!

Refreshing Choca's Twists!!! :)

Hey all,

So... Choca has been rocking this style for about 1 1/2 weeks now... 

BLOG POST TO THIS STYLE:

As of a couple of days ago, it was looking like this:

Now, although it was still really cute, it was FRIZZY!! My goodness... This weather (hot, cold, rainy, burning hot) has her hair going through a metamorphosis.  It's growing really well.. But, it does tend to dry out a bit more when the weather is all over the place. 

Sooooooooooooooooooo... I decided to redo her hair style... I updated the braids a bit, and used a different mixture of products to give her that protective covering her hair needs in this weather... 

What did I use, you ask?!?! 

PRODUCTS USED:

LITTLE MISS FUZZY HEAD

AFRICAN PRIDE MAGICAL GRO

TEA TREE LEAVE IN CONDITIONER

Let me tell you... This mixture really made her hair extra soft and curly!!! It was very easy to finger detangle and moisturized her hair amazingly!

I changed up the braid design a bit.

Can you see the shine?!?!? AND... The Little Miss Fuzzy Head has a nice, thick consistency that keeps Choca's hair coated and protected from the elements!!! We shall see how it looks in a week!! :)

As you can see, she's overjoyed with it...

Criss Cross Braids For Choca... With Some Twists, Of Course! :)

Hey all,

So, for Easter, I decided to do a different type of style for Choca.  Now, you all know I LOVE twists on her, so I kept those... But, I decided to do some twists...with a twist!! :) I added some cornrows on one side... with a bit of a design.  I criss-crossed some of the braids for a really cute design!! It was cute, it was easy and it's GORGEOUS!!!

Okay... When I tell you that these were the most DELICIOUS goodies I've ever had, I am NOT exaggerating!! The sweetness factor of both of these items was truly on the money.  The Double Chocolate Chip Muffins were EXTREMELY moist and thick and so very tasty!! My gosh... And the cookies?!?!? The Chocolate Chip Cookies were to die for!!! It's hard to explain how AMAZINGLY delightful these goodies were.  Also, they were SHIPPED to me through the mail, and didn't lose ANY of their taste or moistness!! Truly a great find!

I can't say ANYTHING negative about these amazing products, with the exception of, "I WISH THERE WAS MORE!!!" 

They are truly fantastic!

Home Sweet Home: Honey Vanilla

MY REVIEW:

 Living in a house with babies that have eczema, I was really excited to try these products on them.  We have been searching for some products that would help keep their skin moisturized, without making them have an eczema flair up. 

With these products, they were able to keep themselves soft, moisturized and free of eczema flair ups. 

The smells of these products were VERY strong.  Each of them have a very distinctive smell (true to their name) and are VERY fragrant. However, they still did their job, and did NOT make our allergies flair up either!! :) 

Overall, this product is very good and does as it says it will.  It softens the skin and keeps it moisturized VERY well! :)
