So for the September Hair Carnival, I was paired up with fellow blogger AllThingsCuteandGirly to copy one of her MANY beautiful hairstyles that she has produced!!

Now, with different hair textures and hair lengths coming into play, I decided to switch it up just a bit in order for Choca to get the most out of her style, without looking crazy, while paying homage to the beautiful style linked above!!
So, I put my spin on the front of Choca's hair... I consider the style I copied to have a 'braided headband' of sorts, so I gave Choca just that! I gave her a thin cornrow across the front. I then gave her 12 twists back, and braided them all together.
I then sectioned the back part of her hair into three sections. On the two sides, I cornrowed them INWARDS and twisted the loose hair. I then twisted the center area in order to give it a faux hawk look in the back.
